Refunds & Returns

We want you to love what's hanging in your kloset. If something's not working for you, here's how returns work — short and sweet, because we know you're busy.

Store credit only. We don't offer refunds to your original payment method, but we've got you covered with store credit so you can find the piece that actually works for your life.

You've got 10 days. Start your return within 10 days of your purchase date. After that, we won't be able to accept it.

Keep it kloset-ready. Items need to come back unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Anything marked final sale can't be returned.

How it works:

1. Email us at info.knotyk@gmail.com with your order number within 10 days of purchase.
2. We'll send you return instructions.
3. Once your return arrives and gets a quick once-over, your store credit lands in your inbox — ready to spend on your next go-to piece.
